lululemon is seeking a Buying Coordinator to support the regional buying team in Hong Kong. You will help maintain the regional line plan, assist with data reporting, and prepare for key GTM meetings while coordinating samples each season.

The role offers growth within the function and requires strong analytical skills, styl/ color trend awareness, and solid MS Office proficiency. On-site collaboration is expected in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce or fashion merchandising preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data across channels and market segments.
• Excellent communication skills and a sense of style and color trends.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to learn and take calculated risks.
• Time management and guest experience focus.
• Solid MS Office knowledge (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).

About This Team

Reporting to the Buying Manager, Regional Buying, the Buying Coordinator will be accountable for supporting the team to maintain accurate data inputs, report preparation, samples and GTM logistics. This role offers a great opportunity for the candidate to enter, and grow, within the function.

Core Responsibilities

• Assist the regional buying team in managing the regional line plan; including upkeep of flow, weekly stories, cancellations and other shifts in the business
• Support role to the buying team in preparation of weekly, quarterly and ad-hoc reporting preparation
• Support role to the buying team in preparation for key GTM meetings: Seasonal MBR, BSO, Seasonal Readiness, Compass Call etc
• Sample coordination (approx. 80hrs per season)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, commerce or fashion merchandising preferred)
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret multiple data points across numerous channels and market segments
• Excellent sense of style and color trends; athletically mindedexcellent communication skills - interpersonal, written and verbal
• Entrepreneurship – a willingness to learn and make decisions and take calculated risks
• Focus on creating an extraordinary guest experience, organizational and time management skills
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook)
