Pathsight Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Compliance Director to lead regulatory and compliance initiatives within our financial and wealth management solutions business. You will ensure adherence to local regulations, oversee risk controls, and guide the team in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate holds IA and/or SFC licenses, has at least three years in finance or insurance, and demonstrates independence and proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher diploma is required.
• Holds IA and/or SFC licenses.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance or insurance.
• Exposure to Mainland China markets is a plus.
• Visa holders (IANG, TTPS or QMAS) are welcome.

Deliver financial and wealth management solutions to clients. 為客戶提供財務及財富管理方案。

Degree/ HD Holder 持有學士學位或高級文憑

Hold IA and/or SFC licenses. 持有 IA 保險代理牌照及／或 SFC 證監會牌照

3 years’ working experience in finance/ insurance industry 不少於 3 年金融或保險行業工作經驗

Candidates with Mainland China exposure would be a plus具內地市場經驗者優先
