Project Recruit is supporting a fast-growing AI fintech client in hiring a Documentation & Sales Support Analyst. The role blends documentation, sales enablement, and knowledge management to ensure accurate, client-ready information.

The ideal candidate has 2-5 years in business analysis, documentation or sales support, with Mandarin fluency and strong communication skills to engage stakeholders and support revenue-generating teams.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Ability to simplify complex information into clear documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update: business and operational documentation (SOPs, process flows, playbooks).
• Create product documentation, user guides, and FAQs; maintain internal knowledge base and client-facing materials.
• Translate complex business and technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content.
• Ensure documentation is version-controlled, structured, and easily accessible.
• Assist sales teams with pitch decks, product sheets, and client documentation; tailor client messaging.
• Support onboarding of new clients with documentation and process guidance; maintain library of approved sales collateral.

As they continue to grow, they are looking for a detail-oriented and commercially minded Documentation & Sales Support Analyst to support business operations, product documentation, and sales enablement.

In this role you will be responsible for producing high-quality documentation, supporting the sales process with insights and materials, and ensuring internal and client-facing information is accurate, consistent, and effective.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within financial services, fintech, or investment management, with a strong blend of technical knowledge, commercial awareness, and client-facing skills. They will be confident translating complex technical concepts into practical solutions, building strong stakeholder relationships, and supporting clients throughout the sales and implementation journey.

Key Responsibilities

Documentation & Knowledge Management

• Develop, maintain, and update:
• Business and operational documentation (SOPs, process flows, playbooks)
• Product documentation, user guides, and FAQs
• Internal knowledge base and client-facing materials
• Translate complex business and technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content
• Ensure documentation is version-controlled, structured, and easily accessible
• Work with stakeholders (product, compliance, operations) to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Assist sales teams with:
• Pitch decks, product sheets, and client documentation
• Custom client materials and tailored messaging
• Support onboarding of new clients with documentation and process guidance

Business & Operational Analysis

• Gather and document business requirements and workflows
• Support process improvement initiatives by:
• Identifying inefficiencies
• Documenting new processes
• Analyze client feedback and sales insights to improve materials and positioning

Stakeholder Coordination

• Ensure consistency in communication and documentation
• Capture updates and changes in processes or products
• Act as a central point of coordination for documentation requests

Skills & Qualifications
