Job summary

Bafleh Jewellery in Hong Kong is seeking a Head of Bullion Operations to lead daily bullion trading activities, support sales and procurement, and analyze market trends. You will develop strategic growth plans, streamline operations for efficiency, and lead a team to achieve business objectives while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong stakeholder relations.

The role requires strong leadership, risk awareness, and the ability to drive results in a dynamic market, based on-site in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

Proven experience in bullion operations, trading, and market analysis.
Strong leadership to manage and motivate teams.
Knowledge of compliance requirements and regulatory standards in bullion/financial markets.
Strategic planning and problem-solving with focus on operational efficiency.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
Strong networking with stakeholders, suppliers, and clients.
Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field (master's degree a plus).
Experience in jewellery or precious metals industry advantageous.
