Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar capacity on Bulk Carriers.
• Experience as Chief or Second Engineer, preferably with sailing experience on Bulk Carriers.
• Experience in dry docking and technical management is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage regular reports from assigned vessels and file them systematically.
• Conduct regular data analysis on costs and KPIs to assess ship health.
• Maintain data structure and quality in the Ship manager system.
• Formulate work plans with the vessel's command for maintenance.
• Visit vessels to evaluate condition, maintenance, crew performance, and safety.
• Prepare technical specifications for dockings and inspections.
• Assist with technical analysis for new purchases.
