Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong seeks a Building Services Engineer with a degree in Building Services Engineering and solid site supervision experience to lead building and E&M construction projects. The role requires 3–5 years of relevant site experience, knowledge of engineering software, and the ability to monitor progress and coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• HD/ Degree in Building Services Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of relevant site experience
• Handle building / E&M construction projects
• Degree or above in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of relevant site experience in E&M works
• Knowledge of engineering related computer software application
• Fresh graduates or alumni with less than 2 years post-graduation experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Building / Civil Engineering
• 15years site experience, including 610years experience as Clerk of Works
• Diploma / Higher Certificate in Building/ Building Studies
• 14-16 days AL + Discretionary Bonus + Medical Included
• Higher Diploma or Degree in Building Studies/ Building Service Engineering
• Supervising repair and maintenance works of subcontractors
