Job summary

Triangle Recruitment is seeking a Building Services Engineer (A&A / Fitting-Out) in Hong Kong. The role covers building services design, tender preparation and project administration, with site inspections for development and mission critical projects.

Candidates should have a Higher Diploma or above in Building Services/ Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, at least 3 years of experience, and familiarity with MS Office and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in E&M contractors preferred.
• Capable of working independently under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for building services design, tender preparation and project administration.
• Site inspection and attendance at meetings for building development and mission critical projects.
• Coordinate with fitting-out sub-contractors and Builder's Works sub-contractors.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and authorities from concept to construction.

***Candidates with more Fit-Out experience will be considered as Senior position (45K MAX)***

Our Client is a sizable Contractor and mainly provides BS engineering service in Hong Kong / China. Now they are looking for high caliber & stable candidates to fit the position.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for building services design, tender preparation and project administration
• Site inspection and attend meetings for building development, and/or mission critical projects
• Coordination among Fitting-Out Sub-contractors and some Builder's Works Sub-contractors
• Liaise with clients, clients' consultants, contractors and authorities from concept to detailed design and construction administration

Requirements

• Higher diploma or above in Building Services Engineering/ Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience
• Experience in E&M Contractor is highly regarded
• Self motivated, Independent and able to work under pressure
• Knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD
