Job summary

Crown Sky Engineering Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Building Services Project Manager to lead end-to-end MEP coordination for commercial and industrial projects, from conception through completion.

You will coordinate with clients, main contractors and subcontractors, review drawings and specifications, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with local codes while guiding design reviews, progress updates and site inspections.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building Services Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years' experience in building services project management.
• Strong understanding of building services systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection).
• Electrical experience is preferable.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage budgets.

About you

• Degree in Building Services Engineering or a related field
• 5+ years' experience in building services project management, preferably within the commercial/industrial sectors
• Thorough understanding of building services systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire protection
• Electrical experience is preferable and will be considered an advantage
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage budgets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, contractors and the wider project team
• Proficient in using project management software and other relevant tools
• Familiar with local building regulations and codes
• Familiar with AutoCAD
• A strong team player

5-Day Work Week

Working from 09:30 to 17:30
