Job summary

AFSC Operations Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a Building Services Engineer to maintain and manage a building's HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems, ensuring operations are safe, efficient, and sustainable.

You will conduct regular inspections, troubleshoot issues, monitor energy use, and drive improvements, coordinating with contractors and service providers while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in building services or facilities management.
• Proficiency in CAD software and Building Management Systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; good communication abilities.

Job description

The main duties are maintenance and management of a building's services and systems, including air conditioning (HVAC), electrical systems, plumbing, fire safety and may extend to other mechanical fuels equipment to ensure facilities operated efficiently, safely, and sustainably with enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of building systems

• Monitor energy consumption and implement strategies to reduce energy usage.
