The Institute of Financial Planners of Hong Kong Limited (IFPHK) is seeking an Officer for the Corporate Communications and Marketing Department to support website and social media maintenance, marketing collateral, and event coordination. The role involves assisting with in-house graphic design and providing administrative support to the CCM team.

Candidates should hold a degree with 2-3 years in communications/marketing, be proficient in English and Chinese, and skilled in Microsoft Office and

Qualifications

• Degree holder with 2-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in communications, marketing, and/or event management.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and design tools such as Canva.
• Experience in multimedia design is an advantage.
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for Senior Officer.

Responsabilités

• Support the maintenance and updating of the corporate website, social media platforms, marketing collateral, and other promotional materials.
• Provide event and operational support, including conferences, awards, networking events, media clipping compilation, expense reports, meetings, and event invitations.
• Assist with in-house graphic design for social media, events, research, and other communications materials.
• Provide administrative and secretariat support to the Department and the Institute.
• Handle paperwork for the Corporate Communications and Marketing (CCM) team, process payments and follow up with external parties.
• Perform ad hoc assignments as directed by management.
