Job summary

OCBC is seeking a Branch Manager in Hong Kong to drive sales, satisfaction, and team leadership. You will implement plans to hit profit targets, grow Premier customer deposits, and oversee staff to deliver high-quality service while ensuring compliance with bank policies.

The ideal candidate has a university degree in business, HKSI/IIQE qualifications, and at least seven years in branch banking, with strong local market connections. Banking leadership experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration or related.
• HKSI & IIQE qualifications are required.
• Minimum 7 years’ branch frontline experience in banking.
• Branch management experience is preferred.
• Good connection with local markets with proven track record of success in business achievement.
• ECF-RWM and ECF-CRM qualifications would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Implement business plans to achieve pre-set branch profit objectives.
• Formulate business strategies to meet the branch KPI on new Premier customers, grow deposits, investment revenues, insurance revenues, etc.
• Manage branch staff to provide high quality of services to customers.
• Ensure all daily transactions are complied with the Bank’s policies and procedures.
