Job summary

stakefish is seeking a DevOps Engineer to build and maintain blockchain network infra, focusing on security, automation and monitoring. You will manage Linux servers, develop secure networks, and contribute to threat modeling and risk assessments across our systems.

Ideal candidates have DevOps/SRE experience, strong scripting skills, and hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployment. The role emphasizes teamwork and adaptability in a fast-moving crypto environment.

Qualifications

• DevOps/SRE/Infrastructure engineer experience.
• Programming in Python, GoLang, Bash or Javascript.
• Experience with high-availability server infrastructures.
• Designed secure networks and architectures.
• Set up and maintained software in data centers and cloud environments.
• Deep understanding of sockets, networking stack, and Linux security.
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployment technologies.
• Flexible, teamwork oriented and comfortable with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Build secure and reliable infrastructure to monitor, detect and mitigate performance and security issues.
• System administration activities for Linux servers, including health, stability and availability of system infrastructure.
• Create and maintain system procedural and technical documentation.
• Stay up to date on peer-to-peer networking security best practices.
• Create, maintain and communicate threat models + risk assessments for all systems we operate.
