Job summary

Binance is seeking a motivated student to participate in end-to-end development of product features across frontend and backend under guidance. You will learn and integrate AI coding tools like Cursor, Copilot, and Claude Code into daily workflows, translating requirements into working implementations with reduced handoff friction.

You’ll act as a seed learner to grow into an autonomous full-stack engineer.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above; CS or AI-related major is a plus.
• Hands-on project experience from coursework, internships, or open-source.
• Proficiency in Java or Golang backend.
• Familiarity with Node.js and modern frontend frameworks.
• Experience building end-to-end projects (personal, academic, or internships).
• Basic understanding of database design and core backend concepts.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code).
• Ability to articulate requirements to AI tools clearly.
• Self-driven; eager to learn and willing to exceed scope.
• Product mindset; curious about the "why" behind what you build.
• Strong logical thinking and communication skills; passion for learning.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above; Computer Science or AI-related major is a plus
• Hands-on project experience (personal projects, coursework, internships, or open-source contributions all count)
• Foundation in at least one backend language: Java or Golang
• Familiarity with Node.js and modern frontend frameworks
• Experience building end-to-end projects — personal, academic, or internship projects all welcome
• Basic understanding of database design and core backend concepts
• Familiarity with mainstream AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code, or similar)
• Ability to clearly articulate requirements and constraints to AI tools
• Self-driven and boundaryless — eager to learn, willing to go beyond assigned scope
• Product mindset — curious about the "why" behind what you build
• Strong logical thinking and communication skills; passionate about learning new technologies

• Open-source contributions or notable GitHub projects
• Cross-platform development experience (iOS/Android/Web)
