Job summary

Binance is seeking an entry-level AI tooling developer in Hong Kong to help build internal AI-powered tools, including coding assistants and knowledge retrieval systems. You will work on LLM-powered applications for code generation and test automation, collaborating with engineering teams to identify pain points and ship AI-driven solutions.

The role requires a CS degree or related field, proficiency in at least one language (Python/Java/Go/JS), and a basic understanding of LLMs with API

Qualifications

• Proficient in at least one programming language (Python, Java, Go, or JavaScript).
• Basic understanding of LLMs and AI tooling.
• Familiar with APIs and system integrations.
• Proactive with taking initiative and ownership.
• Bilingual English and Mandarin required for overseas coordination.

Responsibilities

• Work with engineering teams to identify pain points and ship AI-driven solutions
• Experiment with Prompt Engineering, RAG, and AI Agents
• Explore and adopt emerging AI technologies as they evolve

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Can code in at least one language — Python, Java, Go, or JavaScript
• Basic understanding of how LLMs work and have used tools like ChatGPT or Copilot
• Comfortable with APIs and how systems connect
• You take initiative — you don't wait to be told what to do next.
• Bilingual English/Mandarinis required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
