Job summary

Eternity Consultants (HK) Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Orders Clerk to support order follow-up from factory to clients. The role requires coordinating shipments and negotiating delivery schedules with suppliers and factories.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience in orders follow up, is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, and proficient with PC applications. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 1:00pm to 6:00pm.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years experience in orders follow up and arrange shipments.
• Good PC knowledge is necessary.
• Able to work from Monday to Friday afternoon (1:00pm to 6:00pm).
• Good command in Cantonese, Mandarin and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Follow up and process orders from factory to clients.
• Negotiate delivery schedules with supplier and factory.
