Job summary

Hong Kong Football Club is seeking a capable Administrative Executive to support the Catering Sales Team in a full-time role in Causeway Bay. You will manage daily administrative tasks, handle inquiries about banquets, coordinate internal departments, and assist with event agreements, floor plans, and orders to ensure seamless client service.

The ideal candidate has a degree in hospitality or related fields, 1–2 years in F&B or hospitality, and proficiency in Word, Excel, and databases, with

Qualifications

• Degree or above in hospitality/catering or related disciplines is preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years' solid experience in Food & Beverage / Hospitality industry in the same position.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and database management.
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese.
• Knowledge of Delphi System is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hardworking, responsible, self-motivated, willing to learn and independent.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily administrative responsibilities.
• Provide administrative support to the Catering Sales Team.
• Work closely with internal departments to meet customers' satisfaction.
• Handling all incoming calls and correspondence enquires in regard to banquet matters.
• Manage internal sections bookings and maintain filing systems.
• Handle pre- and post-event administrative tasks, including but not limited to preparation of event agreement, event orders and floor plans.
• Execute ad-hoc duties as assigned.
