Job summary
ISS Facility Services Limited is seeking a dedicated professional in Hong Kong to coordinate system requirements with business units, design solutions, and monitor information processing systems. You will deliver strategic planning, daily operations, and client-focused management while training users on BI reporting capabilities.
The role requires 2–4 years of hands-on commercial experience, strong English and Chinese communication, and familiarity with Office 365 automation, BI, and database
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related discipline is required.
- Minimum 2–4 years hands-on commercial experience.
- Experience with front-to-back business processes is essential.
- Experience with Office 365 automation, BI, SQL, procurement or time attendance systems is a plus.
- Project management and system design experience would be advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with business units to determine system requirements and design.
- Deliver solutions including strategic planning, daily operations and management.
- Formulate and monitor business information processing systems to enhance services.
- Prepare communications and presentations on system enhancements and alternatives.
- Train users on reporting capabilities of the BI platform.
