An innovative technology firm in Hong Kong seeks a Team Lead for BI & AI. This role involves leading the BI & AI Team and focusing primarily on ETL and BI dashboard development, along with data analysis and visualisation for different business units. Candidates should have over 6 years of experience in market data analysis, proficiency in Tableau, and knowledge of logistics and jewellery industries. Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin is required.

Qualifications

• Over 6 years' experience in market and retail data analysis.
• Knowledgeable about the jewellery, logistics, cold chain, and laundry industries.
• Good command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
• Strong proficiency in BI tools and data visualization techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead the BI & AI team and support sales activities.
• Work on ETL and BI dashboard development.
• Oversee end-to-end data processes and provide training to junior staff.
• Analyze market data based on company directions.
• Collaborate with brand, marketing and sales teams to align data solutions with business goals.

Job Description

• As a Team lead to leading of the BI & AI Team and support the sales activities.
• Major 90% development in ETL and BI Dashboard, AI application and support the different Business unit need.
• Major 10% development in system documents and BI system design with architecture, UI design and data schema documentation. Tester role in BI dashboard and AI data accuracy checking.
• Oversee the all-round end to end data collection, analysis, management and storage processes and functions
• Provide training to junior staff in data scientist skill in AI and BI technology.
• Act as a key member to analyse and visualise different market data based on company directions
• Work with different business users - brand team, marketing, PR, sales team to understand their needs and concerns
• Key person to decide on BI & AI solutions based on company's direction and goals
• Expert Tableau using of d3 chart or Amchart and advance data analysis experience by RFM, MBA , Predictive modeling.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree holder in Statistics, Mathematics & Computer Science
• Over 6 years' experience in market & Retail and location tracking data analysis, insights generation & etc.
• Knowledge on Jewellery, logistics, cold chain, Laundry industry is must
• Proficiency on Tableau, node.JS, Python, Amchart, D3 and R is preferred
• Experience in Hadoop in Hbase, Oracle DB , MySQL and SQL databaseGood command in both Cantonese and English, Mandarin
