Job summary

Manulife/John Hancock is seeking a BI/Data Analytics internship in Hong Kong. The role focuses on gathering requirements, dashboard development, UAT, and training material preparation to support project implementations and user adoption.

The intern will work with data analytics tools (Power BI, Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python) to deliver insights, validate data, and create management-ready reports. This is an internship for H1 2027 intake in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in any discipline.
Strong interest in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and digital solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with capacity to derive insights.

Responsibilities

Assist in dashboard development and UAT activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to support solution design and implementation.
Prepare communication, launch, and training materials to support project implementation and user adoption.
Support Power BI dashboard enhancements and performance monitoring to improve reporting and user experience.
Conduct data validation and quality assurance to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Prepare business insights, reports, and presentations for management review and decision-making.
