Job summary

Manulife invites a motivated undergraduate student to join as a Business Intelligence Co-op for six months in Hong Kong. You will support BI initiatives, gather requirements with partners, and help enhance reporting solutions using Power BI and analytics-driven problem solving in a dynamic enterprise setting.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Conduct focus groups and consolidate business feedback to identify opportunities for process improvement and business enhancement.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to support solution design and implementation.
• Assist in dashboard development and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Prepare communication, launch, and training materials to support project implementation and user adoption.
• Support Power BI dashboard enhancements and performance monitoring to improve reporting effectiveness and user experience.
• Conduct data validation and quality assurance activities to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
• Prepare business insights, reports, and presentations for management review and decision‑making.
