Lane Crawford seeks a luxury beauty advisor with 2 years in premium retail to guide clients through 100+ brands. You will understand goals, build personalized routines, and lead product sampling and demonstrations to help customers decide confidently.

You must be fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin, thrive in a fast-paced open-sell environment, and tell compelling brand stories. The role centers on client relationships, premium packaging, and participating in campaigns and masterclasses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in luxury retail or multi-brand beauty environments.
• Proven knowledge in premium skin/hair/fragrance categories.
• Experience with beauty tech tools or wellness categories is desirable.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

Responsabilités

• Serve as an expert guide across 100+ brands, focusing on client goals and concerns.
• Understand and assess the customers goals and concerns and build personalized product routines.
• Conduct complimentary consultations utilizing digital skin-scanning and scalp-scanning technology to analyze customer's skin health, hair density, scalp condition to identify key concerns and recommend targeted corrective routines
• Lead dynamic shop-floor demonstrations, texture testing, and guided product sampling to help customers experience various product options that lead to confident purchasing decisions
• Actively engage all LC Customer Groups, ensure the recruitment of new customers retention of existing customers and reactivation of lapsed customers
• Make suitable product recommendations and manage the coordination of premium packaging, personalization (i.e custom engraving)
• Ensure the successful execution of Lane Crawford and Brand-led campaigns, activations, masterclasses and meet-and-greets

The Role

The Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 2 years working experience in luxury retail, high-end department stores, or multi-brand beauty environments
• Proven background & knowledge in premium skin, hair, or fragrance categories is requires, with knowledge of beauty tech tools or wellness categories also highly desirable
• Passionate about beauty trends, brand heritage, and product ingredients to deliver engaging brand and product stories & well considered product recommendations
• Able to operate skin and hair diagnostic scanners and digital profiling apps
• Proven track record in solution-focused selling, cross-category recommendations and building client retention
• High emotional intelligence, warm communications, and a focus on building long-term trust
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, open-sell luxury environment with evolving multi-brand curations
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
