Job summary

Draft Land Hong Kong is seeking a talented bartender to join our Causeway Bay venue, working under Master mixologist Antonio Lai. You will deliver cocktails on tap, provide excellent service, and help maintain a lively, high-energy bar atmosphere.

Requirements include at least 1 year in cafe or bar, fluent Cantonese with English/Mandarin an advantage, strong communication and teamwork, the ability to work late shifts until 2:30 am, and HK residency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year’s relevant work experience in Cafe or Bar Industry.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player with a passion for ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Outgoing, talkative, great personality, responsible and enthusiastic to influence the energy and efficiency of the bar.
• Fluent speaking in Cantonese; English and Mandarin are an advantage.
• Hong Kong resident only.
• Able to take late night shift till 2:30 am

Draft Land Hong Kong opened as a joint venture imported from Taipei, introducing "Cocktails On Tap" to Hong Kong with a focus on consistency, craftsmanship, and quality. In 2024, we continued to expand and made an adventurous move to open another branch of Draft Land in a new neighborhood, Causeway Bay, spreading Draft Land’s “to be free” spirit to the other side of the island.

Draft Land Hong Kong is a drink bar from Taiwan. It provides different types of cocktails on tap, mocktails, and snacks, with a simple and direct drinking concept.

For the business to expand, we are looking for talented high-caliber individuals who want to be part of a team of Master mixologist Antonio Lai at our Bar.

Requirements
