Job summary

Draft Land Hong Kong, a partner of Taiwan's bar concept, invites passionate bartenders to join the team led by Master mixologist Antonio Lai at our Causeway Bay location. The role focuses on cocktails on tap, mocktails, and snacks in a dynamic, customer-centered environment.

Requirements include at least 1 year in cafe or bar, Cantonese fluency, and ability to work late shifts until 2:30 am. HK resident only.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year’s relevant work experience in Cafe or Bar Industry.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player with a passion for ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Outgoing, talkative, great personality, responsible and enthusiastic to influence the energy and efficiency of the bar.
• Fluent speaking in Cantonese; English and Mandarin are an advantage.
• Hong Kong resident only.
• Able to take late night shift till 2:30 am

Draft Land Hong Kong opened as a joint venture imported from Taipei, introducing "Cocktails On Tap" to Hong Kong with a focus on consistency, craftsmanship, and quality. In 2024, we continued to expand and made an adventurous move to open another branch of Draft Land in a new neighborhood, Causeway Bay, spreading Draft Land’s “to be free” spirit to the other side of the island.

Draft Land Hong Kong is a drink bar from Taiwan. It provides different types of cocktails on tap, mocktails, and snacks, with a simple and direct drinking concept. For the business to expand, we are looking for talented high-caliber individuals who want to be part of a team of Master mixologist Antonio Lai at our Bar.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year’s relevant work experience in Cafe or Bar Industry.
