Job summary

CLPS Technology (Hong Kong) Co., Limited invites applications for System Analyst / Senior System Analyst (Banking). The role focuses on translating business needs into technical designs and overseeing end-to-end SDLC for banking applications.

The candidate should hold a CS/IT degree with 3–5 years (SA) or 6+ years (Senior SA) in IT, preferably in banking, and have AML/KYC experience along with Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and microservices expertise.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years IT experience for System Analyst, 6+ years for Senior SA, preferably in banking or financial services.
• AML or KYC systems experience is highly preferred.
• Proficient in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, microservices, and related backend technologies.

Responsibilities

• System Analysis & Design: translate business requirements into technical specs and system designs.
• Application Development: lead or participate in end-to-end SDLC of banking applications, including coding, tuning, and testing.
• Project Delivery: collaborate with cross‑functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Support & Maintenance: provide technical support, troubleshooting and system enhancements.
• Mentorship (Senior level): guide junior developers and review code to ensure quality.
