Job summary

ALL-STAR AGENCY is seeking an Assistant Manager – Operations Management in Hong Kong to support bank-wide operations oversight, reporting, policy review and project coordination. The role focuses on monitoring transactions, preparing KPI/KRI reports and collaborating with multiple departments to drive control and improvement initiatives.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Business or Finance, at least 5 years in banking operations, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Finance or related discipline.
• 5+ years of banking operations experience.
• Strong communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor operations transactions to identify trends and issues.
• Prepare KPI and KRI reports for senior stakeholders.
• Consolidate regular departmental reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate with Operations & IT and other functions on projects.
• Review policies and update manuals to reflect current practices.
• Handle confidential compliance documents and ad-hoc duties.
