Job summary

OCBC is looking for a candidate to supervise overall operational activities, ensuring the timely and accurate completion of daily operations. Responsibilities include managing clearing processes and reviewing transactions.

Ideal candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant experience in the banking or finance sector, be proficient in PC applications, and possess good communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in banking or finance.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inward and outward clearing processes for compliance.
• Perform signature verification and irregularity checks on paper cheque clearing.
• Conduct data entry and reconciliation for outward paper cheque clearing.
• Generate and validate paper cheque clearing data files for submission.
• Review and validate daily Teller and KAPITI transactions.
• Supervise Electronic Clearing return files for timely submission.
• Decrypt and consolidate payroll files for submission to data center.
