Job summary

HashOptima is hiring a Backend Java/Python Developer to join the core development team. You will build large-scale trading and quotation systems, participate in greenfield projects, and own lifecycle stages from design to deployment.

Responsibilities include ensuring low-latency production code, collaborating with Quant/Research to enhance models, and mentoring juniors while supporting real-time operations and AI-assisted workflows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Java/Python full-stack lifecycle.
• Strong ownership and problem solving.
• Solid design, architecture and integration knowledge.
• Experience with multi-threading and event processing.

Responsibilities

• Develop low-latency, high-throughput trading systems.
• Collaborate with quant/Research on models and pricing.
• Mentor juniors and review code designs.
• Address production incidents and optimize infra.
• Drive and review AI-assisted engineering workflows.
