Job summary

Reju Technology Consulting is seeking a skilled incident and service delivery professional in Hong Kong to act as first point of contact for incidents and service requests. You will lead urgent troubleshooting, coordinate offshore teams, and ensure SLAs while reporting progress to executives.

You will drive governance meetings, assess risks, and implement continuous service improvements with a focus on automation and metrics-driven reporting to clients.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with multiple business units and incident leadership.
• Excellent presentation skills for reports to top management.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and practices.
• Experience with Azure PaaS components.
• Familiarity with integration middleware platforms and API gateways.
• Experience with application monitoring is a plus.
• Proficiency in English (spoken).

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for incidents and service requests.
• Lead incident troubleshooting for urgent issues.
• Ensure committed deliverables, SLAs, and offshore coordination.
• Serve as escalation point and drive corrective actions.
• Publish executive status reports with required metrics (Monthly & Quarterly).
• Oversee people management and competency development.
• Coordinate governance meetings with stakeholders.
• Assess delivery risk and report to client management with mitigations.
• Plan continuous service improvement to boost operational efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for automation.
