Job summary

BOC International Holdings Limited in Hong Kong seeks an AVP/VP for the Sector Team in Investment Banking. You will lead and oversee a broad range of corporate finance transactions, including IPOs, M&A advisory, and restructurings.

The role involves guiding juniors through due diligence, preparing analyses and listing documents, and liaising with professional parties and authorities. Applicants should have 3+ years in finance or biotech/pharma deal experience, strong English and Chinese,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree holder in Business, Finance, Economics or related discipline.
• Healthcare/pharmaceutical/biotech education background and/or deal experience is a plus.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the finance industry and/or in biotech/pharmaceutical industry.
• Candidates with experience in handling IPO transactions in the healthcare/biotech sector will be an advantage.
• Candidates with over 2 years of full time working experience in Hong Kong or overseas is considered as an advantage.
• Working knowledge in the Listing Rules and Takeovers Codes is required.
• Self-motivated, responsible, a good team player and willing to travel to mainland China for business on a frequent basis.
• Good communication, analytical and problem solving skills; and
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is a must.

Responsibilities
