Job summary

BOC International Holdings Ltd is seeking an analytical professional to support senior bankers across origination and execution activities in a dynamic Hong Kong office.

You will research markets, build valuation models, and prepare marketing materials such as teasers and CIMs while collaborating closely with deal teams and clients. Strong English and Mandarin skills are required, with a preference for candidates with M&A exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related discipline; outstanding academic records preferred.
• At least 1 year of relevant M&A or investment banking experience.
• Hong Kong or overseas full-time work experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support seniors across origination and execution activities.
• Research and create pitch materials, teasers, CIM and other marketing materials.
• Build valuation and financial models (trading/comparable analysis) for financial analysis.
• Conduct market and industry research.
• Support due diligence activities and other deal support activities.
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisor.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's or master's degree holders in Business, Finance, Economics or related discipline from reputable universities with outstanding academic records is preferred;
• At least one year of relevant experience in merger and acquisition or investment banking;
• Candidates with full time working experience in Hong Kong or overseas is considered as an advantage;
• Good knowledge in Takeovers Codes and relevant rules and regulations ,Detail-oriented with strong numerical and analytical ability;
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Collaborative and good team player, responsible and committed to satisfying clients' requests and open to travel;
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin, native level English required.
