HKEX is seeking a high-calibre Business Analyst to join the Post Trade Business Implementation & Analytics Team under HKEX's Operations Division. The successful candidate will play a key role in the implementation and enhancement of HKEX's risk management platforms, including Value-at-Risk (VaR) initiatives and other strategic post-trade transformation programmes.

• University degree in Risk Management, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, CS or related disciplines.
• Minimum 7 years as a Business Analyst in financial market infrastructure or risk environments.
• Experience with risk management, VaR, margining, or post-trade systems.
• Solid requirements gathering, process modeling and solution design capabilities.
• Proficient with SDLC, Agile, and project management tools such as JIRA/Confluence.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead business analysis for risk management and VaR platform implementations.
• Document high-quality requirements, create process flows and deliverables.
• Collaborate with IT, risk, operations and vendors to ensure traceable designs.
• Facilitate workshops and requirement discussions with stakeholders.
• Support impact assessments, gap analyses, regulatory changes and platform enhancements.
• Manage requirements, scope, risks and changes with project teams.
• Develop and execute UAT strategies and testing scenarios.
• Support end-to-end project delivery from initiation to go-live.
