Job summary

Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) is seeking a high-calibre Business Analyst to join its Post Trade Business Implementation & Analytics Team. You will lead requirements gathering and design for risk management platforms, including VaR initiatives, and work with stakeholders, IT, and vendors to translate business needs into actionable solutions.

You will collaborate across risk, operations, and technology groups, manage change requests, and contribute to the evolution of HKEX's risk

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst in financial market infrastructure or risk management environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities for risk management and VaR platform implementation projects; translate business needs into clear requirements and documentation.
• Collaborate with business users, risk teams, IT and external vendors to evaluate solutions and ensure traceability from requirements to delivery.
• Develop and execute UAT strategies and support project delivery from initiation through implementation.
