Job summary

Mizuho Bank Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced professional for the Operations Planning Section to strengthen BCM and operational resilience. You will plan drills, update policies, and coordinate regulatory reporting with Head Office and local authorities.

You will play a key role in continuing the resilience program. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 4–5 years in banking, strong English and Chinese, and proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4-5 years in banking or financial institutions.
• Experience in BCM/operational resilience and/or risk controls is advantageous.
• Strong English and Chinese communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support BCM and operational resilience activities through planning and follow-up.
• Maintain BCM/OR documents and coordinate reporting to authorities.
• Plan drills and tests, document outcomes and actions.
• Provide project management support for improvements and stakeholder coordination.
