Job summary

HAECO Group seeks an experienced leader to head workshop production at CRO Hong Kong. You will drive new engine component repair capabilities from facility design through production readiness, ensuring safe, compliant operations that meet customer commitments.

Lead cross-functional teams, optimize resources and guide continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality and operational performance across the workshop.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of aviation MRO experience with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of component maintenance, repair and overhaul operations.
• Experience in workshop management, production control and resource planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall workshop production operations for CRO Hong Kong.
• Drive introduction and industrialization of new repair capabilities.
• Ensure maintenance is safe, compliant and meets customer commitments.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support program objectives.
• Lead continuous improvement to boost productivity and quality.
• Coach and develop production supervisors and staff.
