Job summary

Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to maintain and optimize a GitOps-driven cloud platform. You will scale IaC with Terraform, manage Kubernetes clusters via ArgoCD, and drive automated workflows across enterprise environments.

The role requires 3–5 years of DevOps experience, strong Docker and SonarQube skills, and hands-on Azure with a view to GCP migration. You will own incidents end-to-end and document architectures thoroughly.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of commercial experience as a DevOps Engineer in automated, enterprise environments.
• Solid understanding of event-driven automation workflows and Kubernetes workloads using GitOps tools (ArgoCD or equivalent).
• Proven experience with Terraform in large repositories, modular, linted code and clean state management.
• 2+ years of administrative experience with Microsoft Azure; familiarity with GCP or Azure DevOps is a plus.
• Strong Docker skills and familiarity with code quality automation tools like SonarQube.
• Self-driven, owns tasks and thrives with minimal micromanagement.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize a fully automated, GitOps-driven cloud infrastructure.
• Scale declarative IaC with Terraform across large codebases.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters with GitOps (ArgoCD) and automated workflows.
• Drive autonomous incident resolution with deep root-cause analysis and proactive monitoring.
• Ensure infrastructure code and configurations meet strict quality gates and document architectures.
• Support data and AI workloads with GPU-enabled Kubernetes nodes and cloud-native pipelines.
• Configure Bitbucket Cloud RBAC and SonarQube Cloud settings for governance.
• Participate in migrating from Azure to Google Cloud Platform and from Argo Workflows to Azure DevOps pipelines.
