Job summary

Macquarie Group is seeking an experienced Quantitative Investment Strategies sales professional to join our Global team based in Shanghai or Hong Kong. You will originate and develop opportunities across mainland China, delivering tailored investment solutions spanning commodities, equity, multi-asset and cross-asset strategies to sophisticated institutional investors.

Qualifications

• 5 years+ experience in sales with established relationships across China's financial industry.
• Strong commercial mindset and proven track record of business origination.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin to bridge global capabilities with the China market.
• Experience in QIS, structured solutions, derivatives sales or systematic investing is an advantage.
• Ability to code, create and work with systematic strategies would be an advantage.

• 5 years+ experience in sales with deep, established relationships across China's financial industry, including banks, wealth managers, securities firms, hedge funds and other institutional investors
• A strong commercial mindset, proven track record of business origination, and extensive network of key decision makers
• The ability to bridge global investment capabilities with the specific needs of the China market with fluency in both English and Mandarin
• Existing experience in QIS, structured solutions, derivatives sales or systematic investing is an advantage
• Ability to code, create and work with systematic strategies would be an advantage.
