Job summary

HKSTP is seeking a capable Programme Lead to manage the flagship Global Boosters initiative and support ARENA and other startup upskilling projects in Hong Kong.

You will organize end-to-end events, coordinate mentors, investors, and partners, and oversee multiple tracks with strong emphasis on timely delivery and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Engineering, Entrepreneurship, Information Technology or other related disciplines.
• 5 years of working experience preferably in services industry or programme delivery gained from startup ecosystem.
• Proven experience and success in delivering multiple complex service products or programme.

Responsibilities

• Lead programme management and operational execution for flagship Global Boosters program and support ARENA and other startup upskilling initiatives.
• Organize end-to-end programme events including networking sessions, capability workshops, founder briefings, and ecosystem showcases.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders—mentors, alumni, account managers, investors, and corporate partners for seamless execution across tracks.
• Multitask across concurrent program workflows, manage vendor procurement, onboarding, and event logistics under tight deadlines.
• Track programme performance for reporting, pivot decisions, and maintain accurate data records.

Job description

The Position

• Lead programme management and operational execution for the flagship Global Boosters program, while supporting the delivery of ARENA and other startup upskilling initiatives
• Organize and manage end-to-end programme events, including networking sessions, capability workshops, founder briefings, and ecosystem showcases
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders—including mentors, startup alumni, account managers, investors, and corporate partners to ensure seamless execution across all tracks
• Multitask across concurrent program workflows, efficiently managing core operational processes such as vendor procurement, participant onboarding, and event logistics under tight deadlines
• Track overall programme performance for reporting and programme pivot, including startups' key achievements and participation, post-program feedback, and maintaining accurate data record
• Provide hands-on operational support to team leadership to drive smooth cross-initiative execution
• Perform any other operational and project-based execution duties as assigned by management

The Candidate

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Engineering, Entrepeneurship, Information Technology or other related disciplines
• 5 years of working experience preferably in services industry or programme delivery gained from startup ecosystem
• Proven experience and success in delivering multiple complex service products or programme
• Exhibit passion for building startup ecosystem for Hong Kong
• Strong knowledge of start-up development phases and acceleration means
• Uphold high standards of integrity, professionalism and ethical conduct
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese including Mandarin
• Higher education or professional qualifications with less experience will also be considered
