Job summary

Invesco Ltd. in Hong Kong is seeking an Associate, Front Office Operations – Solutions & Index Implementation to manage day‑to‑day portfolio implementation for systematic and index strategies. The role emphasizes accurate, timely execution of rebalances and cash activity with strict tracking tolerance controls.

You will coordinate with Trading, support onboarding and mandate changes, and drive improvements while maintaining high data integrity in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ ETF implementation experience across Asian markets.
• Understanding of rebalancing mechanics and index tracking.
• Knowledge of Equity and Fixed Income markets.
• Experience with ETF launches/implementation in Asia.
• Undergraduate degree in a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor portfolio rebalances, cash flows, and index/model updates across Solutions and Index accounts.
• Perform daily oversight of positions, exposures, cash, and tracking error, escalating issues as needed.
• Monitor and resolve guideline breaches, exceptions, and data discrepancies, ensuring proper documentation.
• Coordinate with Trading on implementation timing, liquidity constraints, and execution sequencing.
• Support new account onboarding and mandate changes.
• Perform quality checks to ensure pricing, cash, and model inputs are applied consistently across account groups.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives; help reduce manual touchpoints.
• Coach junior team members and support knowledge sharing and training.

Job Description

The Associate, Front Office Operations – Solutions & Index Implementation is responsible for day‑to‑day portfolio implementation and monitoring for systematic, model‑driven and index strategies. This role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant execution of rebalances and cash activity, while maintaining tight control over index tracking, tolerances, and exceptions.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor portfolio rebalances, cash flows, and index/model updates across Solutions and Index accounts.
• Perform daily oversight of positions, exposures, cash, and tracking error, escalating issues as needed.

Experience & Knowledge

• At least 5 years’ experience supporting ETFs with an emphasis on implementation and operational processes across Asian markets.
• Understanding of rebalancing mechanics, index tracking, and guideline monitoring.
• A good understanding of Equity and Fixed Income markets.
• Exposure to launch & implementation requirements for ETFs in Asian markets.
• Undergraduate degree required in a related discipline.
