Job summary

AVI‑SPL Asia Pacific in Hong Kong seeks an Associate Project Manager to support project management with timely, on‑budget deliverables and stakeholder communication. You will follow AVI‑SPL principles and develop skills to progress toward a Project Manager role.

You will gain exposure to AV, construction and technology projects, coordinating across internal teams and external partners. The role emphasizes client satisfaction and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience as assistant project manager or project coordinator.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PDF software.
• Ability to manage tasks and cross-functional resources.
• Willingness to travel to multiple job sites.
• Full working rights in Hong Kong (visa sponsorship not available).

Responsibilities

• Support project management with deliverables on time and on budget.
• Assist with contract documents, schedules and change orders.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate with clients.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders during kick-off meetings.
• Maintain project records and documentation.
