Job summary

Hong Kong Baptist Hospital invites high calibre candidates to join our Medical Laboratory team to support core diagnostic services and patient care.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent; registration with the Medical Laboratory Technologists Board of Hong Kong with a valid practicing certificate; ASCP certification or equivalent is an advantage; prior experience in a HOKLAS-accredited laboratory is preferred; experience in core laboratory disciplines

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent qualification.
• Registered with the Medical Laboratory Technologists Board of Hong Kong (Part I or II) and holder of a valid practicing certificate.
• Certification by ASCP or an equivalent professional body is an advantage.
• Prior experience in a HOKLAS-accredited medical laboratory is preferred.
• Experience in Core Laboratory disciplines (including Clinical Chemistry, Hematology, Blood Bank, Microbiology, and Immunology) is highly desirable.
