Job summary

Element Testing Services (S) Pte Ltd is seeking an Associate Engineer to join our expanding operations team. The role involves performing routine and non-routine testing tasks, calibrations, and delivering accurate results with minimal supervision.

You will handle in-house and on-site calibration, coordinate with clients, maintain equipment records, and oversee preventive maintenance of lab equipment. A diploma in relevant engineering fields is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Open to on job training with relevance qualification and interest in lab testing.
• Experience in calibration of electrical and electronic instruments.
• Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license is an advantage.
• Positive working attitude with a proactive mindset; strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out in-house and on-site calibration for Mechanical, Temperature, and Electrical equipment.
• Coordinate with customers to assess needs and deliver testing and calibration solutions.
• Manage and maintain equipment records and complete related admin tasks accurately.
• Supervise and perform scheduled preventive maintenance of laboratory equipment.

Job description

Element has an opportunity for anAssociate Engineerto join our rapidly expanding team. As a member of the operations team, the Engineer position performs a variety of routine and non-routine testing assignments within the department assigned and insures timely and accurate test results under minimal direct supervision. The engineer position must be proficient in a number of core business and technical skills including but not limited to compliance to established safety rules, code of conduct, and company policies and procedures.

• Carry out both in-house and on-site calibration for Mechanical, Temperature, and Electrical equipment.
• Coordinate with customers to assess their needs and deliver appropriate testing and calibration solutions.
• Manage and maintain proper equipment records, ensuring all related administrative tasks are completed accurately.
• Supervise and perform scheduled preventive maintenance of laboratory equipment as assigned.
  

Requirement

• Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering / Civil / Mechanical Engineering.
• Open to on job training with relevance qualification and interest in lab testing environment
• Relevant experience in the calibration of electrical and electronic instruments
• Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license is an advantage.
• Positive working attitude with a proactive mindset.
