Job summary

10 Design, part of Egis Group, invites an experienced Architect to join our Hong Kong team. You will contribute to high-rise and master planning projects, translating design intent into detailed drawings and coordinating with engineers.

The role requires 4+ years of practice, strong AutoCAD and 3D Max skills, and proficiency in English; Mandarin/Cantonese are desirable for cross-border work.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Registered architect status or ARB equivalent is preferred.
• Excellent design skills and ability to communicate design intent clearly.

Responsibilities

• Engage in concept and scheme design stages to develop detailed drawings.
• Coordinate with engineers and sub-consultants to align MEP and structural requirements.
• Prepare documents for tender and contract stages and ensure design intent is preserved.
