Job summary

Animoca Brands Corporation Limited seeks a front-line distribution professional to lead institutional product origination and tokenized RWA distribution across Asia. You will own a coverage segment, grow relationships, and represent the platform at events and client meetings.

Ideal candidates have 4–5 years in institutional sales or business development within banks or digital-asset firms, with existing Asia connections, fluency in Mandarin and English, and a proactive, organized mindset.

Qualifications

• 4 - 5 years in institutional sales, investor relations or business development at a bank, digital-asset firm, or asset manager.
• Existing institutional relationships in Asia or hunger to build your own network is strongly preferred.
• Fluency in tokenized RWA products and the latest market developments are essential.
• Self-starting, organised, and strong ownership mindset.
• Mandarin and English are essential.

Responsibilities

• Originate, qualify and progress institutional prospects end-to-end: family offices, EAMs, funds, corporate treasuries and crypto-native institutions.
• Run the full onboarding journey with clients: KYC/AML coordination, subscription documents, and liaison with fund administrators and licensed distribution partners.
• Support partnership execution: prepare materials, manage follow-ups, and carry workstreams from term sheet to live distribution.
• Maintain rigorous pipeline and CRM discipline; produce management reporting on coverage and conversion.
• Represent the platform at industry events and in client meetings across the region.

About the role

A front-line distribution role across the institutional product set — fund LP origination and tokenized RWA distribution — with clear ownership of a coverage segment and a path to grow with the business.
