Job summary

Edelman in Hong Kong seeks an Associate Director, Digital Advisory to lead a portfolio of integrated client accounts. You will act as the primary client lead, driving end-to-end delivery, timelines, budgets and quality across projects.

You will build and mentor a high-performing team, manage external partners, and elevate Edelman’s AI, digital and social marketing capabilities. The role focuses on expanding client relationships and growing digital offerings in the Asia Pacific market.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of agency or integrated marketing experience in digital, social media, and/or integrated campaigns.
• Experience leading a team and managing client relationships.
• Strong understanding of social trends, local culture, and platform algorithms.
• Hands-on, highly organized with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English and Cantonese.
