BOCOM International Holdings Company Limited is seeking a corporate secretary professional to assist in preparation and coordination of board and committee meetings, including agendas, papers, notices, minutes and follow-ups. The role covers handling continuous disclosure and announcements, appointment and changes of directors and senior management, and maintaining statutory governance documents.

Assist in the preparation and coordination of board meetings, board committee meetings and general meetings of listed company (including annual general meetings and extraordinary general meetings), including agenda preparation, meeting papers, meeting notices, minutes taking and follow-up actions; and management of meeting documents and Board Office records;
Assist in handling continuous disclosure and announcement matters of the listed company, including announcements, circulars, annual reports, interim reports and other regulatory disclosure documents;
Assist with the appointment, resignation and changes of directors and senior management, and support the related disclosure arrangements and the maintenance and updating of statutory corporate governance documents and records;
Have understanding of the requirements relating to connected transactions under the Hong Kong Listing Rules, and assist in the preparation of relevant information, documentation and process follow-up;
Assist in other Board Office–related duties and ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.
A university degree or above in company secretarial studies, corporate governance, accounting, finance or a related discipline;
Membership of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute (HKCGI) or have completed the relevant professional examinations, or equivalent professional qualifications;
At least 3 years of practical experience in Hong Kong company secretarial function of Hong Kong–listed companies; candidates with experience working in the board office of a Hong Kong–listed company or with experience providing relevant services to Hong Kong–listed companies at professional service firms;
Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua is an advantage);
Strong communication and coordination skills, with a good team spirit;
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work efficiently under multiple tasks and time pressure.
