The role develops business acumen, multilingual communication, and project management skills, with a progression to Manager after 24-30 months and to Vice President after around five years.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree 2:1 or above.
• Noteworthy extracurricular achievement.
• Relevant internship experience.
• Fluent English and Japanese (C2 level) or high proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting experts and matching them to clients’ projects under tight deadlines.
• Understanding project context and regulatory environment for clients and experts.
• Managing client–expert communications and scheduling to ensure seamless collaboration.
