Qualifications

• 4–8 years of relevant experience in financial markets or a related role.
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English (spoken and written).
• Solid understanding of Equity Derivatives, Swaps, Options, and Structured Products.
• Proven track record in covering Private Banking, Wealth Management, and EAM clients.
• Strong team player with collaborative mindset and work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Provide product ideas, advisory, and execution support for Equity Derivatives, Swaps, Options, and Structured Products.
• Maintain and expand relationships with Private Banks, Wealth Management firms, and EAM clients.
• Liaise with internal teams to deliver timely and accurate solutions for clients.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities aligned with client needs.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
• Continuously improve the existing platform to enhance efficiency and client experience.
• Work on both flow and non-flow product ideas catering to diverse client requirements.
• Contribute to business development efforts and help the team to grow.
