Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Fluency in English; Cantonese or Mandarin an advantage.
  • Background in business, finance or related field is an advantage.
  • No specific degree required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with client onboarding and ensure documentation is complete.
  • Manage day-to-day client communication, including scheduling meetings.
  • Support KYC/AML reporting and compliance processes.
  • Assist with statement reporting cycles and in-house fund administration.
  • Support business development initiatives, including outreach and event coordination.
  • Create and organize marketing materials and client presentations.
  • Provide administrative support for the team and ad-hoc tasks.

Job description

This role is ideal for someone interested in a career in wealth management, particularly in client services and relationship management. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative and client-focused tasks, with opportunities to learn and grow within the firm.

Key responsibilities

Assist with client onboarding, ensuring all documentation and processes are completed accurately and efficiently.

Manage day-to-day client communication, including scheduling meetings, and coordinating with internal teams.

Support KYC/AML reporting and compliance processes, ensuring all client records are up-to-date and accurate.

Assist with statement reporting cycles and in-house fund administration tasks, including data entry and document preparation.

Support other team members with ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Provide administrative support for business development initiatives, including outreach and event coordination.

Assist in creating and organizing marketing materials and client presentations.

About you

Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to details, ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

A proactive attitude and willingness to learn, with a keen interest in wealth management and client services.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ready to deal with routine administrative tasks.

Fluency in English is essential; Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage.

No specific degree required, but a background in business, finance, or a related field is an advantage.
