Job Description
Maintain and deepen relationships with a portfolio of conglomerates and blue-chip corporate clients, serving as the primary point of contact for clients' banking needs.
Manage day-to-day account activities and proactively identify cross-selling opportunities across the Bank’s products and services, including lending, cash management, trade finance, treasury, and other financial solutions.
Conduct regular client visits and business reviews to understand clients’ operations, financing requirements, and strategic developments.
Assist in the preparation of credit applications, annual reviews, and other credit-related submissions, including financial analysis and industry assessment.
Coordinate the preparation of Letters of Offer and related facility documentation in accordance with approved terms and internal guidelines.
Monitor portfolio performance and ensure timely follow-up on credit-related matters, including covenant compliance, facility renewals, and outstanding conditions.
Prepare portfolio pipeline updates, management reports, and business activity reports for internal stakeholders.
Work closely with product partners, credit, operations, and other internal departments to deliver seamless banking solutions and client service.
Support client onboarding, account maintenance, company amendment requests, and KYC/AML documentation updates.
Ensure compliance with the Bank’s policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards.
