Job summary

The Great Eagle Co Ltd in Hong Kong seeks a Sustainability Officer to drive sustainability and climate action across its property and hospitality businesses. You will gain hands-on experience in sustainability reporting, data collection, and stakeholder engagement, contributing to GHG accounting and related initiatives.

Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years of relevant experience is advantageous. Strong MS Office, English and Chinese skills are required, and familiarity with AI tools or ESG

• Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years of relevant experience is advantageous.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for senior roles.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); English and Chinese fluency.
• Familiarity with AI tools or ESG reporting platforms is a plus.

• Help prepare sustainability reports, presentations and management updates.

• Support development of sustainability policies, guidelines and training materials.
• Conduct research on climate change and sustainability topics.
• Perform other ad hoc duties and projects as assigned.

Be part of a dynamic team driving sustainability and climate action across Great Eagle Group's property and hospitality businesses.

Gain hands-on experience in sustainability reporting, stakeholder engagement, and climate-related initiatives.

Work on meaningful projects covering resource circularity, tenant engagement and sustainable operations.

Responsibilities

Support the implementation of the Group's sustainability and climate change initiatives and projects across the Group.

Assist in ESG data collection and coordination for sustainability reporting, ratings, indices, awards and benchmarking exercises.

Help prepare sustainability reports, presentations, communication materials and management updates.

Contribute to greenhouse gas (GHG) accounting and sustainability performance tracking.

Coordinate sustainability engagement and awareness initiatives and programmes for employees, tenants, guests and other stakeholders.

Support the development of sustainability policies, guidelines, and training materials.

Conduct research on climate change, carbon neutrality, and sustainability-related topics.

Perform other ad hoc duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

Degree holder in Sustainability, Environmental Science/ Management/Engineering, or related disciplines.

Fresh graduates are welcome. Candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience in sustainability reporting, carbon accounting, climate change or related fields will have an advantage. Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Sustainability Officer.

Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Familiarity with AI tools or ESG reporting platforms is an advantage.

Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
